However, please be advised that while we strive to give you the look that you selected on the web site, it may be necessary to substitute flowers or the vase to give you the same look and feel of the order you selected. We take pride in our work and strive to give each individual order our undivided attention and unique style. If you are not satisfied with the FTD product, please notify us immediately, and we can determine if a replacement order is indicated.
